Sunshine Baby-Vay

Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children, and ourselves. Capture these moments with photos so you never forget, so you can look back at the wonderful times you've had, and the times that are to come. Family is an amazing amazing thing.

Avayah is now 1 year, 1 month and 1 week old. TIME FLYS! I know I always say this. It is so incredible the new things she pulls out of her back pocket everyday. New words, understanding exactly what I am saying to her by responding with a strict "NO!" when she does not want anymore applesauce, but strongly points at the banana on the counter saying "nana....nana", and nodding her bald head up and down fast. She definitely knows what she wants and how to get it. She is turning into a little girl who loves being outside. She loves the flowers we planted around the house and the bird feeder that hangs on our deck. When birds fly to it she points and loudly says, "Oooo, Oooo". She loves the baby doll the auntie Bri and uncle jake gave her for her birthday, and best of all she loves to cuddle. Mommy LOVES this. Saturday mornings cuddling on the couch with a blanket and cartoons, evenings after dinner and a bath curled up on the couch until she dreaming sweet dreams. I love these times, and would never trade them for anything!
